Another short run after stopping to rush for assignments.
While the examination is coming, I intend to carry on to keep the discipline and squeeze in short runs.
Another 15 mins run. Traffic light was in my favour, so didn't really stop.
I feel that I am putting in more effort after taking the short break. But turn out that I am going slightly faster.
2.13km
7'03/km pace
HR avg: 167bpm
HR max: 181bpm

Another short run.
As someone who was formerly active in running, I cannot help but be impatient and obsessed with the distance at times.
It is the same short run, but I decided to go for 2km mark. I was actually stuck at a particular traffic light for quite some time, maybe for a minute for so. It took me 20 secs more than 15 mins to hit the 2km mark.
I can sense that my pace was slightly faster today. It would be a little discouraging if I did not clock any much as the previous one.
HR avg is 167bpm, I can sense that the effort was easier as compared to the previous 2 runs.
HR max is 180bpm
My pace is 7 mins 40 secs per km, as compared to 7 mins 44s per km.
That being said, I am going to stick with 15 mins run or 2km run for the time being. Maybe I would add another couple of mins or look forward to clock at least 2.4km mark. My objective is still to make sure that I exercise regularly. Maybe I can go for longer runs, but that would give me the perfect reasons to say that I have no time to run given my packed schedule. So short run is still here to stay, it is more about whether I can cover more distance as I get more regular in my running.

Soccer
Didn't run today, but played soccer with colleagues.
But weighing scale tells me that I have hit 88kg.
Need to control my weight.

Another short one
Another short 15 mins run.
HR max is 182bpm, and HR avg is 171bpm.
1.94km covered around the neighbourhood. Well I wasn't very concerned about the distance, but ultimately, I would like to cover more distance as I get more regular in my training.
As a former active runner, I am very aware that my current distance would not help in losing weight, as it is too short to burn fats. But then as I have a number of deadlines coming, it is more about getting my butt out, instead of complaining that I got no time to work out, and I did not work out at all for a long period of time. My current objective is to get myself active again.

Height: 1.69m Weight: 87.6kg.
Finally I am back.
Have not been running for the longest of time since juggling with work, part-time studies and other commitments . Have put on quite a lot of weight since going into hiatus.
Brought a new pair of running shoes New Balance 1080 towards the end of last year. But yet still no motivation to re-start.
Brought a few running shorts during my short trip to Bangkok, Thailand. Still no motivation to start.
Since my old Casio watch was spoilt, Finally brought a Polar A300 Watch this morning after much consideration. Finally got some motivation to start.
After such a long time out. Went slow.
Just a 15 mins slow jog, and 15 mins walk. Need to lose some serious weight first.
Is my first time measuring my heart rate for a run.
Heart Rate max is 184 per minute, while Heart Rate avg is 173. The average seems a bit high. There probably how unfit I am currently.
Decided to start this blog to keep a diary and to motivate myself to train and log my progress.
And yeah when I am feeling lazy, or busy with all my commitments, I must always remember to squeeze squeeze "the breast cleavage" from somewhere.
